LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEY

In addition to a Will, a Lasting Power of Attorney is a valuable document in securing your future.

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document giving authority to someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf. There are two types of LPA; Property and Affairs and Personal Welfare. St Edmunds will advise you on all LPA aspects from completion to registration.

Secure your affairs in case of:

  • loss of mental capacity

  • illness or injury

  • long term hospital care

  • care and life support decisions

  • spending time abroad

Locally based Consultants can visit clients in their homes at a time convenient to them. Visits can be made both during the day and evening. Appointments can be undertaken on a remote basis when necessary.
